ÚPLNÁ PRAVIDLA SOUTĚŽE „BLUE HOUR DROP“

POŘADATEL SOUTĚŽE
Pořadatelem soutěže je Yggne The Label s.r.o., IČO 21786186, se sídlem Na pomezí 1347/30, Košíře, 150 00 Praha, e-mail: info@yggne.com (dále jen „Pořadatel“).
Na propagaci soutěže spolupracuje Linda Štrobachová, Instagram: @lindastrobachova (dále jen „Spolupořadatel“).
Za organizaci soutěže, její vyhodnocení, komunikaci s výhercem a předání výhry odpovídá výhradně Pořadatel.

TERMÍN A MÍSTO KONÁNÍ SOUTĚŽE
Soutěž probíhá na sociální síti Instagram od 11. 6. 2026 od okamžiku zveřejnění soutěžního příspěvku do 20. 6. 2026 do 23:59 hodin.
Komentáře přidané po tomto termínu nebudou do soutěže zařazeny.

PODMÍNKY ÚČASTI
Soutěže se může zúčastnit každá fyzická osoba s doručovací adresou v České republice nebo Slovenské republice.
Osoby mladší 18 let se mohou soutěže zúčastnit pouze se souhlasem svého zákonného zástupce.
Ze soutěže jsou vyloučeni zaměstnanci Pořadatele, Spolupořadatele a osoby jim blízké.
Pro platné zapojení do soutěže je nutné současně splnit všechny následující podmínky:
• sledovat instagramový účet @yggne_collection
• sledovat instagramový účet @lindastrobachova
• přidat pod soutěžní příspěvek komentář s odpovědí na otázku:
„Kam byste se letos v létě vydali v Breeze bralettce?“
Každý účastník se může zapojit pouze jedním komentářem. V případě více komentářů bude zařazen pouze první komentář splňující podmínky soutěže.
Soutěž není určena osobám s bydlištěm mimo Českou republiku a Slovenskou republiku.

VÝHRA
Výherce získá Breeze braletku z kolekce Blue Hour Drop značky Yggne v hodnotě 1 490 Kč včetně DPH.
Výhru nelze směnit za peněžní plnění ani za jinou výhru.
Výhra bude zaslána na adresu v České republice nebo Slovenské republice.

VÝBĚR A KONTAKTOVÁNÍ VÝHERCE
Po skončení soutěže bude ze všech platných účastníků náhodným losováním vybrán jeden výherce.
Losování proběhne nejpozději dne 21. 6. 2026.
Výherce bude oznámen zveřejněním jeho instagramového uživatelského jména ve Stories instagramového účtu @lindastrobachova.
Výherce bude následně kontaktován prostřednictvím soukromé zprávy (DM) z instagramového účtu @yggne.
Pokud výherce neposkytne potřebné údaje nebo nereaguje do 5 pracovních dnů od odeslání zprávy, ztrácí nárok na výhru a Pořadatel je oprávněn vybrat náhradního výherce.

OCHRANA OSOBNÍCH ÚDAJŮ
Pořadatel zpracovává osobní údaje účastníků v souladu s Nařízením Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) a souvisejícími právními předpisy.
V případě výherce budou zpracovávány zejména následující údaje:
• instagramové uživatelské jméno,
• jméno a příjmení (pokud budou poskytnuty),
• doručovací adresa,
• případně další údaje nezbytné pro předání výhry.
Právním základem zpracování osobních údajů je oprávněný zájem Pořadatele spočívající v organizaci soutěže, ověření splnění podmínek účasti, kontaktování výherce a doručení výhry.
Osobní údaje nebudou využívány k marketingovým účelům ani poskytovány třetím osobám s výjimkou subjektů zajišťujících doručení výhry.
Osobní údaje budou uchovávány pouze po dobu nezbytně nutnou k realizaci soutěže, nejdéle však 30 dnů od jejího ukončení, pokud právní předpisy nestanoví jinak.
Účastník má právo požadovat přístup ke svým osobním údajům, jejich opravu, výmaz, omezení zpracování nebo podat námitku proti jejich zpracování. Své požadavky může zaslat na e-mail info@yggne.com.

VZTAH K INSTAGRAMU
Tato soutěž není žádným způsobem sponzorována, podporována, spravována ani spojena se společností Meta Platforms, Inc. ani se sociální sítí Instagram.
Účastník poskytuje své údaje výhradně Pořadateli soutěže, nikoli společnosti Meta Platforms, Inc.

OSTATNÍ USTANOVENÍ
Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo soutěž kdykoliv změnit, přerušit, zkrátit, prodloužit nebo zrušit, a to zejména v případě technických či organizačních důvodů.
Pořadatel si dále vyhrazuje právo bez náhrady vyloučit účastníka, u něhož vznikne důvodné podezření na podvodné jednání, porušení pravidel soutěže, použití falešného účtu, automatizovaných nástrojů nebo jiné jednání odporující dobrým mravům.
Pořadatel nenese odpovědnost za technické problémy vzniklé při přenosu dat prostřednictvím internetu nebo sociální sítě Instagram.
Účastí v soutěži vyjadřuje účastník souhlas s těmito pravidly a zavazuje se je dodržovat.
Tato úplná pravidla soutěže jsou zveřejněna na webových stránkách Pořadatele a po dobu konání soutěže jsou účastníkům volně dostupná.

ORGANIZER OF THE COMPETITION
The organizer of the competition is Yggne The Label s.r.o., Company ID No. 21786186, with its registered office at Na pomezí 1347/30, Košíře, 150 00 Prague, Czech Republic, e-mail: info@yggne.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
The competition is promoted in cooperation with Linda Štrobachová, Instagram: @lindastrobachova (hereinafter referred to as the “Co-organizer”).
The Organizer is solely responsible for the organization of the competition, its evaluation, communication with the winner, and the delivery of the prize.

COMPETITION PERIOD AND PLACE
The competition takes place on Instagram from June 11, 2026, from the moment the competition post is published until June 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CET).
Comments submitted after this deadline will not be included in the competition.

ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open to any natural person with a delivery address in the Czech Republic or the Slovak Republic.
Persons under the age of 18 may participate only with the consent of their legal guardian.
Employees of the Organizer, the Co-organizer, and persons closely related to them are excluded from participation.
To enter the competition validly, participants must simultaneously fulfill all of the following conditions:
• Follow the Instagram account @yggne_collection
• Follow the Instagram account @lindastrobachova
• Leave a comment under the competition post answering the following question:
“Where would you travel this summer wearing the Breeze bralette?”
Each participant may enter the competition with only one comment. In the event of multiple comments, only the first comment meeting the competition requirements will be considered valid.
The competition is not open to persons residing outside the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.

PRIZE
The winner will receive one Breeze bralette from the Blue Hour Drop collection by Yggne with a retail value of CZK 1,490 including VAT.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other compensation.
The prize will be delivered to an address in the Czech Republic or the Slovak Republic.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER
After the competition ends, one winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
The draw will take place no later than June 21, 2026.
The winner will be announced by publishing their Instagram username in the Instagram Stories of @lindastrobachova.
The winner will subsequently be contacted via direct message (DM) from the @yggne Instagram account.
If the winner fails to provide the necessary information or does not respond within five (5) business days from the date the message is sent, they will forfeit their right to the prize and the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Organizer processes participants’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.
In the case of the winner, the following personal data may be processed:
• Instagram username,
• Full name (if provided),
• Delivery address,
• Any additional information necessary for prize delivery.
The legal basis for processing personal data is the Organizer’s legitimate interest in administering the competition, verifying compliance with the competition rules, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize.
Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties except for service providers involved in the delivery of the prize.
Personal data will be retained only for the period necessary to administer the competition and no longer than 30 days after the competition has ended, unless otherwise required by law.
Participants have the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or to object to processing. Such requests may be sent to info@yggne.com.

RELATIONSHIP TO INSTAGRAM
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram.
Participants provide their information solely to the Organizer and not to Meta Platforms, Inc.

FINAL PROVISIONS
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, shorten, extend, or cancel the competition at any time, particularly for technical or organizational reasons.
The Organizer further reserves the right to exclude, without compensation, any participant reasonably suspected of fraudulent conduct, breach of these rules, use of fake accounts, automated tools, or any conduct contrary to good morals and fair competition principles.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any technical issues arising from internet connectivity or the operation of Instagram.
By participating in the competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these rules.
These full competition rules are published on the Organizer’s website and remain freely accessible to participants throughout the duration of the competition.
