How can I place an order at YGGNE?
Choose your product, add it to the cart, fill in your delivery details and pay online by card. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.
What shipping methods does YGGNE offer?
In the Czech Republic, we ship via DPD and PPL - either to your address or to a pickup point. For international delivery (EU, Norway, Switzerland), we ship through DPD/PPL.
How long does YGGNE delivery take?
Czech Republic: 1-2 business days
EU: 2-8 business days
Norway & Switzerland: 4-8 business days
Does YGGNE ship internationally?
Yes. We deliver to all EU countries, Norway and Switzerland. For other destinations, contact us for individual options.
How can I track my YGGNE order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Can I change the address or product after placing an order?
If something went wrong, email us as soon as possible at info@yggne.com. If the parcel hasn’t been shipped yet, we can adjust it.
RETURNS & CLAIMS
How can I return a product purchased from YGGNE?
Returns are processed through your customer account and are completely free of charge.
Return procedure for the Czech Republic:
- Log in to your account on our online store.
- Open the order you want to return.
- Click “Request a return.”
- Select the reason for the return.
- You will receive an email with a link to a form where you will:
– fill in all the required details,
– enter your order number in the customer reference field,
– generate your return label or PIN. - Then simply drop off the parcel at the nearest PPL Parcel Shop.
We issue your refund once the returned item has been received and checked.
How long does a refund take at YGGNE?
We process refunds within 10 business days after receiving and checking the returned item.
How do I make a claim for a YGGNE product?
Email us at info@yggne.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll send you the next steps and a proposed solution within 1-2 business days. We cover the return shipping.
What is the return and claim period?
Returns: within 30 days of delivery.
Claims: within 24 months.
We handle claims within 30 days.

How do I choose the right YGGNE size?
Each product includes a size guide with exact measurements. Compare them with a piece you already own.
What should I do if I’m between two YGGNE sizes?
Message us - we’ll help you choose based on your measurements, preferences, and the specific fit.

What materials does YGGNE use?
We work with natural and recycled materials: organic and recycled cotton, linen, TENCEL™ Lyocell, and recycled polyamide. Material quality is at the core of our sustainability approach.
Is YGGNE a sustainable brand?
Yes. We prioritise natural and recycled fibres, collaborate with local manufacturers, and support circularity through product recycling.
Where does YGGNE produce its garments?
We work with Czech production partners: NIL Textile, Tkalcovna Kubák and Modeta style - united by values of sustainability, craftsmanship and fair production.
PRODUCT CARE
How should I care for TENCEL™ Lyocell clothing?
Wash cold, use gentle detergents and let it air-dry. This keeps the fabric soft, smooth and naturally drapey.
How should I wash organic cotton clothing?
Wash at max 30 °C, ideally inside out. Avoid tumble drying and harsh chemicals.
How can I extend the lifespan of my YGGNE clothing?
Use gentle washing, avoid bleach and fabric softener, air-dry your pieces and iron on low heat. Thoughtful care extends the life of every garment.
YGGNE RECYCLING
Which YGGNE products can I return for recycling?
Selected items made from organic cotton or recycled polyamide can be recycled - such as hoodies, oversized T-shirts and polyamide activewear.
How does YGGNE clothing recycling work?
Returned items are sent to NIL Textile, where they’re transformed into new materials or products with a lower environmental impact.
How can I send my YGGNE piece for recycling?
You can drop it off at a NIL Textile collection point or ship it following the instructions at www.niltextile.com/recycling. Please clean the item first and fill out the short form.
