Return Instructions

 

How to return an item (Czech Republic)

Returns are handled easily through your customer account.

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Open your order and click Request a return.
  3. Select the reason for return.
  4. You’ll receive an email with a link to a form where you fill in the required details, enter your order number in the customer reference field, and then generate a return label or PIN.
  5. Drop off the parcel at any PPL Parcel Shop.

 

Returns are free. We do not offer exchanges — refunds only.

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Refunds: within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

 

Return conditions:
  • unworn
  • original tag
  • original condition

 

International returns (EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland)

Submit a return request via your account. We will then send you individual instructions and the correct return label for your country. Return shipping is covered by us.

 


 

Complaint / Warranty Instructions

 

We’re sorry if something isn’t right. We handle all complaints quickly and individually.

 

How to submit a complaint
  1. Email us at info@yggne.com and attach a photo of the defect.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
  3. We will propose the best solution based on the issue.

 

Shipping for complaints
  • In the Czech Republic, we use PPL.
  • For international complaints, we will send individual instructions depending on the country.
  • We cover the shipping cost.

 

Possible resolutions:
  • repair
  • replacement
  • discount
  • refund

 

Legal timeframe
  • You can submit a claim within 24 months of receiving the product.
  • Processing time: up to 30 days.
