Return Instructions
How to return an item (Czech Republic)
Returns are handled easily through your customer account.
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Open your order and click Request a return.
- Select the reason for return.
- You’ll receive an email with a link to a form where you fill in the required details, enter your order number in the customer reference field, and then generate a return label or PIN.
- Drop off the parcel at any PPL Parcel Shop.
Returns are free. We do not offer exchanges — refunds only.
- Return window: 30 days from delivery.
- Refunds: within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Return conditions:
- unworn
- original tag
- original condition
International returns (EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland)
Submit a return request via your account. We will then send you individual instructions and the correct return label for your country. Return shipping is covered by us.
Complaint / Warranty Instructions
We’re sorry if something isn’t right. We handle all complaints quickly and individually.
How to submit a complaint
- Email us at info@yggne.com and attach a photo of the defect.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
- We will propose the best solution based on the issue.
Shipping for complaints
- In the Czech Republic, we use PPL.
- For international complaints, we will send individual instructions depending on the country.
- We cover the shipping cost.
Possible resolutions:
- repair
- replacement
- discount
- refund
Legal timeframe
- You can submit a claim within 24 months of receiving the product.
- Processing time: up to 30 days.
Optional: You may use our complaint form, but it is not required.
